TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Who These Terms Are Between These terms are between you, the learner, and Demo Coaching, located in Pipariya, Madhya Pradesh. By using our courses through the MJX Learn app or our institute's pages, which run on the MJX Pathshala platform, you agree to these terms. 2. Your Account and Sign-In You sign in using your mobile number and a one-time code (OTP). There is no password. We keep your name, mobile number, and email address if you give one. Your account is personal to you only. Do not share your sign-in details with anyone else. When you first sign in, the app records your device's location once. This is to stop one course account being used on many devices. This location is stored securely and is not shown to anyone. 3. Your Profile Picture If you add a profile picture to your account, it must be a photo of your own face only. When you send a doubt to a teacher, they will see your picture along with your registered name. 4. How to Use the Courses Your access to each course lasts for the period shown when you bought it. You may use the course only for your own learning. You must not share your account, copy the course, record videos, or pass course materials to others. All videos and PDFs carry a watermark with your name and mobile number to discourage copying. Breaking these rules will end your access to the course. 5. Doubts and Assignments You can ask your teacher questions by text, screenshot, or PDF. You can hand in assignments by uploading photos or a PDF. Only your teacher sees these. Files you upload are deleted one month after your course access ends. However, your marks are kept. You can also ask the AI about any topic in your course. The AI will answer only from that topic's material. 6. Payments Payments are taken through Razorpay. Your card or UPI details go to Razorpay, not to Demo Coaching. Refunds You may ask for a refund within 15 days of buying a course, but only if you have watched fewer than 2 videos and used less than half the course. Demo Coaching will decide whether to approve your refund. If approved, the money will reach you in 4 to 7 working days. 8. Course Updates and Messages We may send you course updates and reminders through the MJX Learn app and by WhatsApp. [You can stop these by [describe how to opt out]]. 9. Your Conduct You must not use the platform to harm, threaten, or abuse anyone. You must not post hateful, violent, sexual, or illegal content. You must not try to break into the platform or hack it. Breaking these rules may end your access. 10. Changes to These Terms Demo Coaching may change these terms at any time. We will tell you of major changes.
